When Steven from The Customer Lab came to us, he was fairly confident in his agency's positioning but wasn't sure how he could productise his CX offer. He felt like he was ultimately delivering a different service to each and every client. And this had two effects... one, it made it harder to sell, and two, it made it harder to market with content.

We took The Customer Lab through our workshop and settled on a use case around his clients simply not knowing where to start with their CX. We helped him create a productised audit that included the first month of implementation support. This was a nice way for them to segue into an ongoing retainer or other project-based work after.
