On day two…

Who should work with us?
We mostly work with small agencies and consultants, anywhere from solos to 10 people. But if you're willing to make tough decisions and work quickly. then you're a good fit.
Who should NOT work with us?
Any companies that have too many decision-makers, who prefer a slower approach, or aren't willing to make some sacrifices when it comes to their messaging.
Who should be involved?
We insist on working with founders/owners directly. You might also want to bring in a marketing, sales or new biz person in as well.
How can you work so fast?
We have a proven process that forces you to make decisions quickly. This, combined with the prep we do beforehand, means we can move fast. And if you make the tough decisions, the messaging starts to write itself.
What if we don't finish on time?
It shouldn't happen, but in the event it does we'll make sure we get your homepage finished as soon as we can.
What's a use case?
Instead of positioning around a niche, we believe you should position around a use case. This is ultimately a job or task that clients come to you to do. When they need that job doing, you want to be the first business they think of.
Why just the homepage?
It's the most important asset you have. It's the first thing potential clients will look at. So it has to do its job well. And we believe that job is to convince them that you're the perfect choice.
Can you write other pages?
After we've done your homepage, we can help out with other use case pages for other services or offers. For the more "brand-led" pages like About then we don't do those. We can point you in the direction of people that do.
What if time zones don't match?
That can make things tricky. It's why we offer either morning or afternoon sessions. But we can flex the timings slightly to suit your time zone if you aren't UK-based.
Do you design the page?
No. You'll get a wireframe that shows the flow of the messaging and blocks to tell you where things should go. But it won't have your visual branding on. If you need a designer or developer then let us know and we can intro you to some trusted partners.
Do you do any client research?
We expect you to know your tagret clients well enough to be their voice in the decision-making. We won't speak to your clients but we can listen to some sales calls if you have them.
Can you guarantee conversions?
Honestly? No. No messaging strategist can. And if they say they can they're lying. What we can guarantee is that your homepage will be clearer and more compelling.
