How we helped FeltLogic reduce their reliance on referrals by bringing together multiple services into one productised offer.

What we did:

Mani from FeltLogic came to us doing a mix of different services for different types of clients. As a result projects were unfulfilling and prospects didn't know why they should even choose them. They were reliant on referrals for new work, but of course that was unpredictable and not a guaranteed source.

In the workshop we realised that Mani had a very specific POV on his industry that we could use as the basis of his productised offer. By combining both strategy and execution, we took his agency from custom positioning and copy projects to a packaged-up LinkedIn content product.
