01: We'll immerse ourselves in your agency.
You’ll fill out an intake questionnaire and send some sales call recordings. We’ll then audit where you currently are with your offer and come up with some initial routes we might end up going down.
02: We'll run a 2-hour workshop.
We'll start with those initial routes and help you pick one to focus on. Then we'll flesh it out with a series of exercises, finishing with a completed Offer Proposition Canvas that outlines your new offer.
03: We'll write your homepage.
We'll translate all of that thinking into your new homepage messaging. You’ll get a Figma wireframe which shows the copy in situ so you can add to your site or hand to your developer.

The elephants in the room...

Here are some of the most common objections we hear, and what we say to overcome them.
"Selling the same thing over and over is boring."
Do you think chess grandmasters get bored of playing all the time? Or that 90 year old sushi chef guru guy gets bored of fish? Course not. If you find the right offer around something you're genuinely passionate about, then you won't get bored.
"But but but my team want variety."
See our answer to the first objection. In our experience, most agency folk want variety in terms of clients, not their specialism. And the tighter your offer and the more focused you are on a specific problem, the broader you can afford to go with client type.
"Having one offer will limit my revenue."
To a certain extent, yes, there'll be a ceiling. But the offer we design will factor in how much revenue you want to make sure it's possible. You're basically choosing between a bigger portion of a smaller market or a tiny portion of a bigger market. The former is way more effective in our experience.
"I don't know what my clients want."
Chances are you know more than you think. Most of our clients think this but then the floodgates open and all these insights come pouring out. But if you want to be sure, having some conversations with your target clients ahead of time definitely won't hurt.
"I don't want to give away our secret sauce."
Firstly, you're not selling food. Secondly, that secret sauce isn't actually that valuable on its own. The value comes from your agency using that secret sauce for your clients. Nobody is going to blindly copy you. And if even if they do all that does is validate your offer in the first place.
"The big agencies don't have a clear offer."
True, but that's because they've reached that critical mass where work comes to them purely based on their name. If they were starting from scratch I bet you anything their vague messy service offering wouldn't work. And then they'd come to us needing some help.

Who is this for?
The sprint is aimed at agency founders or solo freelancers who struggle to explain what they actually do and want a more sellable offer.
How do I know I need it?
The most common reasons clients come to us is because their profit margin is low, their team is burning out, and they struggle to sell what they do to prospects. Those are the big signs your offer isn't quite landing.
Who should be involved?
We insist that we work directly with the founder or MD. The reason being that this is foundational work that needs to come from the very top. If you also want a couple of other stakeholders involved that's fine.
How does payment work?
Once you sign the terms, we'll send a payment link so you can pay upfront by card. If you need to pay in instalments then you can use Klarna to split the payments.
Do you offer other deliverables?
Not as part of the sprint. We think the most effective way to launch your offer is with a clear homepage. If you need other pages or sales assets then we can point you in the right direction.
Do you design the page?
Not with your branding, no. We give you a wireframe that shows the flow of the copy and where you might put images but you'll need to design it yourself or bring in a third party.
How much time will it take?
We always aim for 2 weeks from immersion to handover, but this varies depending on your availability. You should only spend about half a day of actual time during those 2 weeks.

Do you guarantee clients?
Nope. While we're pretty confident that your new offer will work, there are so many other moving parts to this that we'd just be lying if we guaranteed anything.
