What do you mean by use case?

We believe the simplest way to think about your agency's positioning is as a use case. In other words, who are your target clients and what problem are they hiring your agency to solve. We help you figure out your primary use case that your agency will become known for.

Sometimes it's about niching down, but not always. What we will say is that we'll force you to focus. That might be around an industry or sector, it might be around a specific problem, or it might be around a focused offer. It might even be a combination of those things.

We're pretty agnostic in terms of industry or sector. Size-wise our sweet spot is 200k to 1m revenue or 2-10 person headcount. But we do also work with one-person agencies and soloprenueurs.

We insist on working directly with the founders/owners or MDs for most of the sprint. If you want to bring in other stakeholders we recommend surfacing their opinions during immersion but then keeping numbers down for the workshop.

Our focus is on the high-level strategic stuff around your positioning and messaging. We do the homepage because that should be a living embodiment of your positioning. If you want other pages we can do them but probably at a higher rate than freelance writers.

Not really. You'll get a lo-fi wireframe that shows the flow of the messaging with the copy in situ. But it won't have your brand elements in there. If you need a designer we can intro you to some trusted partners.
